Founded by Thomas Serrato in 1922, our company began by selling meat directly to customers at unbeatable prices. In 1962, we expanded into the wholesale market, supplying restaurants and small meat markets. Today, Thomas Serrato III continues the family tradition, bringing the same great taste and quality directly to consumers, both in stores and online.
Our signature smokehouse flavor has been a centerpiece of Southern California barbecues for over 90 years.
Our sister company, Totally Raw, specializes in raw pet food and dog treats made from high-quality, natural ingredients. Totally Raw shares our commitment to quality and safety, supplying pet owners with nutritious options that are locally sourced, responsibly manufactured, and formulated to promote health and wellness for dogs and cats.
